At Nobel House Care Assist, we offer a comprehensive range of NDIS supports that can be customised to suit your goals, lifestyle, and NDIS plan. We support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants.

Daily Living Assistance
Our Daily Living Assistance service supports you in managing the everyday tasks that help you maintain your independence and quality of life. Whether you need help in the morning, throughout the day, or in the evening, our trained support workers are there to assist with a focus on building your skills and confidence over time.
We provide support with personal routines and hygiene, preparing meals and eating, managing medications, maintaining your living space, and developing daily structure and routines that give you stability and confidence.

Personal Care
Personal care is delivered with the utmost respect for your dignity, privacy, and individual preferences. Our support workers are trained to provide sensitive, compassionate assistance that always puts your comfort and choice first.
Personal care supports include assistance with bathing, showering, and grooming; dressing and personal presentation; oral hygiene; continence management; mobility assistance; and any other personal support you need to start and end your day with confidence.

Community Participation & Social Inclusion
Staying connected to your community is essential for wellbeing and a fulfilling life. Our Community Participation service supports you to engage in social, recreational, and community activities that match your interests, goals, and lifestyle.
We can support you to attend community events, classes, or groups; visit friends and family; explore hobbies and interests; access libraries, cinemas, and local venues; join sporting or recreational clubs; and develop friendships and social confidence.

Support Coordination
Navigating your NDIS plan can feel overwhelming. Our Support Coordination service is designed to help you understand your plan, connect with the right providers, and make the most of your NDIS funding to achieve your goals.
Our support coordinators will help you understand and implement your NDIS plan; identify, connect, and negotiate with the right service providers; coordinate supports across multiple providers; handle service agreements and bookings; and review and plan for your next NDIS review.

Household Tasks
A clean, safe, and organised home environment is essential for physical and mental wellbeing. Our Household Tasks service provides reliable, thorough domestic assistance so your home remains a comfortable place to live.
We can assist with general cleaning and tidying; laundry, washing, and ironing; kitchen cleaning and dishwashing; vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning; general home organisation; and maintaining a safe, hazard-free living environment.

Transport Assistance
Access to reliable transport is key to maintaining your independence and staying connected to the community. Our Transport Assistance service ensures you can get to where you need to go safely, reliably, and on time.
We provide transport support to medical and therapy appointments; work, school, or education; community events and recreational activities; shopping and personal errands; and visiting friends and family.
